We take the time to understand your search criteria and manage the highly labour-intensive process of both researching the market and speaking directly to business owners in detail. We provide you with the market access and commercial conversations you need to progress with appropriate targets.
We subsequently facilitate introductions to business owners and as required, project manage the process as conversations develop.

Our interests are aligned as, while we charge for the above process, the bulk of our fee is contingent upon a deal being completed.

Define Search Criteria

We take the time to understand your search criteria.  This is typically based on industry/sub-sector, geography, and scale, though you may have additional requirements, which we are pleased to accommodate.

Market Mapping Exercise

Your deal leader subsequently works closely with our research function to uncover the businesses of most interest.  Our starting point is the entire market rather than limiting our search to businesses who might be considered “up for sale”.

Agree Acquisition Targets

Based on summary information relating to company activity, scale, and financials, we will agree on the most appropriate businesses to approach. We make professional approaches to your selected targets.

Detailed Conversations

We have detailed conversations with each of the potentially interested parties to better understand their business, the journey they are on, their aspirations and ultimately to ascertain whether they would be open to exploring the prospect of an acquisition, merge, investment or strategic relationship.

Discuss Each Target

We summarise our findings and discuss each business with you. The conversations we have with the targets provides, for them and you, a more detailed understanding.  This offers colour on which companies are likely to be a particularly strong fit.

Arrange Meetings

We facilitate introductions and arrange meetings between you and the businesses you would like to speak to.  We follow up with both parties and act as a conduit for as long as required. We also have a sister due diligence business who can provide financial due diligence services.
